NYS Manufactured Housing Mechanics Continuing Education - Online

This training is for:
ONLY those who have taken the NYS MH Mechanics Certification training and also hold a Limited Certification.
Course Description:
This 3 hour training is for those who have already certified and hold a Limited Certification for the NYS Manufactured Housing Mechanics Certification.
Mechanics certification is valid for 2 years - and the renewal process required by the Dept. of State is to complete their continuing education and the renewal application process prior to expiration of their certificates.
If your business or agency conducts structural repairs on mobile homes or manufactured housing to stay in compliance with NY State Code Enforcement requirements, you will need at least one staff member with this certification.
Structural repairs include replacement of door/window framing, replacement of subfloor plywood, or replacement of interior wall and ceiling panels. This staff member must be on-site during these repairs. Individual certification is valid for two years.
