Through this class, we cover the back story on the program, governing documents, the process for using the TIPS software modeling program to generate an appropriate work-scope and learning how to correctly complete the required NYS WAP paperwork.
This is done by reviewing concepts, using real-life examples, and walking through case studies to learn the technical processes and the nuances required to address the scope of a complete job.
