Course Description:
Funding made available through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) will be dedicated to the goal of “Electrifying New York” with measures that until now were not part of the WAP program. This short course session is designed to provide basic knowledge of the electrification process. The course will cover what to look for when evaluating a service panel and its functions as well as health and safety protocols for the safe removal of knob and tube wiring. The course will also provide guidance on how to accurately create a proper scope of work and manage the project.
