Classroom Rental

NYSWDA's classroom space rental includes full use of our audio visual equipment including: LCD projector, sound system, video and laptop computer. Additional laptop computers are available at per unit rental rate. Space can be set up in traditional classroom or roundtable for more initimate groups. Maximum Occupancy: 36

Pressure House Rental

Pressure House space rental includes the full use of the house and all of its diagnostic capabilities. Rental also includes use of a blower door as well as digital manometers and an insulation machine. The pressure house is 720 square feet of conditioned space. Twenty two electronically controlled pressure dampers provide an infinite array of training possibilites.

Heating Lab Rental

Heating laboratory space rental includes use of all heating, DHW, and gas range appliances and all standard heating appliance testing equipment. Control lockouts are mounted on most appliances for diagnostic training.

  • 2 Oil and gas boilers
  • 1 On demand hot water heater
  • 1 Power vented hot water heater
  • 1 Heat pump hot water heater
  • 1 Direct vent space heater
